Mix with the K6 reference proteome

Your sample is combined with a pre-quantified, K6-labeled (¹³C₆-lysine) mouse tissue proteome. Every peptide gains a heavy internal standard at a known concentration.

Quantify by MRM, PRM-PASEF or DIA

Optimized targeted assays (MRM, PRM-PASEF) and large-scale DIA yield light/heavy ratios, converted to absolute concentrations for your proteins of interest.
